About Thomas Disselkamp
A veteran product development specialist, Thomas Allen Disselkamp holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Minnesota. While attending the school, Thomas Disselkamp made the dean's list three times and earned induction in the National Honor Society. After graduation, he launched his career in product development. For the past three decades, he has worked at 3M Company as a product development specialist at the company. In this role, he leads project teams and oversees technical drawings of new products to ensure their viability and accuracy. He focuses primarily on electrical and optical system development, as well as the engineering of their specific components.
Outside of work, Thomas Disselkamp remains actively involved with his community as a volunteer with Feed My Starving Children. In addition, he donates time to his local church and packages supplies for various international relief efforts. Tom Disselkamp also supports two children through the Christian Foundation for Children and Aging's Hope for a Family sponsorship program. Sponsors of the program help provide food, clothing, healthcare, education supplies, and other necessities to families in need.
